Our Team

Rhonda began her insurance career at State Farm Insurance in 2001, and obtained her State of Michigan Property & Casualty license that same year.  After a year, she was promoted to office manager, where she stayed for the next 4 years.  

She joined an independent  insurance agency in 2005, where she spent the next 12 years in the personal lines department.  After 12 years as a Customer Service Representative  in an independent agency, Rhonda found her home here at Arlington.  She is committed to customer service and education, her primary goal is to provide clients with accessible expertise, along with an honest and thoughtful approach to insurance guidance/protection. She is passionate about providing adequate insurance coverage while offering a competitive premium. 

Rhonda comes with a strong customer service/management background, bringing 30+ years’ experience, and is qualified to assist with all accounts, small or large.  

When not in the office, Rhonda enjoys hockey, golf & more golf, softball, running and spending time with her family.

Margaret Lay, began her insurance career working for one of the largest insurance agencies in the country.  She joined Arlington Agency in 2007 and appreciates the personal touch Arlington Agency is able to provide all their customers.   She is currently a part-time employee which allows her to enjoy her property Up North and her large extended family.  Margaret also has her State of Michigan Property & Casualty License. 

Peg joined Arlington Agency in 2023, bringing with her more than 25 years of expertise in insurance, particularly in personal line products. She holds a State of Michigan Property & Casualty License. Outside of work, she relishes traveling across the country to visit with family.
